I have been using Summer Irrigation for ten years when we moved into our home. The prior owners of our house used them, so I figured I would stick with them. The guys coming to do the work have been fine, never a problem before. However, this past repair in June was made because we had new cement work done. Adam said I was all set and everything was working. I turned off my sprinklers since we've had a lot of rain this season and just activated them a several days ago and discovered that they missed a line that was severed. I said I would pay for the repair (parts&labor) but if they would waive the service call fee since this line is adjacent to the new driveway. The owner was very rude and uncooperative. I would have paid the service fee again if he talked to me and explained in a respect

I had this company come out last year and install a sprinklers system for over $7000. They are suppose to do a walk thru after starting the system and make corrections. The technician came out and flagged several corrections. Later the owner Kip Summers came out with his son and he refused to make any corrections. He said he’ll charge me for them. The owner was very rude and arrogant. Very poor customer service. Will not work with them again. I will find someone else for the additional work I need done. Last year they winterized my system and did poor job draining the pump which froze and cracked cost me $525 in repair.

I have had my system for 20 years and have used a few different companies. I wish I had found Summer's from the start. The others were not bad, but there is NO comparison between what I had and the service performed for me this weekend. Rob and Matt opened up my sprinklers, and unfortunately their were quite a few issues; one of which was a tree root issue that was pretty difficult to fix. I was sure I would need to schedule an additional appointment. Not the case, they took the time to repair every item and made sure that not only did all zones work correctly but that I was getting the needed coverage in each specific area. I did have to wait a bit for the appointment, but I did also call a bit late into the season. I am so glad that I waited and completely understand why they are

CAVEAT EMPTOR -- BUYER BEWARE!! Seriously! I wish I had listened to those other negative reviews! We thought we'd give this company a try since there were leaks we knew that needed fixing and we also needed underground gutter repairs. Two guys came out in May; unfortunately, as I now have learned, after they turned on our sprinklers, they cut the common wire when installing a new wireless rain sensor and never tested the sprinklers again. They said we were all set which we relied upon for two months while our grass and new expensive landscape plantings were turning yellow and dying while we kept increasing the days and time of watering. Rob and Brad came out and repaired some split irrigation pipes and a ball valve. they adjusted the heads, replacing 1 that would not work and told me another was being blocked by landscaping. After they left a flood from underground erupted from below the back flow valve and I called and they came right back to fix it. After $400 dollars, all was good, I thought. the next day three heads were not working and floods were coming up beneath two of them. one was the new head they had just repaced. I thought I called to set up an appointment, but I obviously made a mistake and no-one showed up. When I called the office I was told I had not made an appointment for Rob to come back out.
