Austin was my technician and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was eager to teach me about my unit and how everything worked. He found and fixed the problem quickly. He also called me the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. Best experience I have ever had.

I can only say very positive things about Anthony. Although my problem was not completely resolved that day, it wasn’t for lack of effort. Anthony was very thorough, took time the time to answer my questions and concerns. I was also very impressed that they were able to come out within a couple of hours of calling the office. I would highly recommend Summers plumbing and heating.

I recomend Summers plumbing and heating. Donavan and Thomas were great, showed up on time, did wonderful work, explained everything! Tyler Clark was very friendly, checked and cleaned our furnance. He explained very well what he was going to do, did a great job!

Our technician Zach was awesome. He was so helpful and friendly. He took the time to really listen to and address ALL of our concerns! He had no problem taking the time to show me everything that was going on and explain it to me so that I could understand. He also went over all of our options with us in detail and broke it down so we could really understand what we were getting. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this company so far, and I am so grateful for them. I'm glad I started using summers! I am now a summers member and it is such a good investment. I am so glad that they have such friendly, thorough, and caring people working for them who are truly professionals in their field. Thank you Zach for all of your help and patience!!
