I have had a long relationship With Worlarskeys. I spent 15,000 with some very skilled people to work on my home . I bought a Nipsco Home warranty with them. A couple of weeks ago, my pipes froze. They used to be 24/7 open Had to call somebody else...750 dollars. No way! Jamie is an autocratic manager. Will not allow his people to make any decisi ons.When I finally got in touch with him he asked "are you gonna get pissy with me?" You are Gdmd right I am By the grace of God, I was able to do connect with a Gentleman from Wabash.. Fixed promptly. By the way, I had worlarskey unfreeze my pipes twice in the past. Somehow they dont consider customer service important any longer. Congratulations, Jamie. PS, I am canceling my contract with Nipsco with them. I encourage you to do the same. LMf

What I got felt more like a SWAT team for home comfort. My furnace wasn’t just fixed — it was emotionally supported, reassured, and sent back into the world performing better than it did in 2005. The technician showed up on time (which alone felt suspicious), diagnosed the issue in about 30 seconds, and explained it so clearly I briefly considered switching careers to HVAC. If you are looking for a local HVAC company, stop looking. I am not from the local area and found them through a Google search to service my in-law's system. The initial service of the 21 year old system the tech said it was on it's last moments of breath. Ugh, well they got 21 years out of it so I can't complain. He said it might work for 2 minutes, 2 months, or 2 years....maybe. Well, knowing that it was worked on previously with duct tape, paper clips and a whole lot of luck, it was time. I got a quote for a fair price and scheduled the new install of the A/C system in late September. Thomas and Ivan showed up at the time they said, installed it and even worked around other trades without complaint for hours for the install. They were quite, clean and professional who showed up

Fantastic service. Mike and Joe solved our plumbing problem when another company failed. They stayed at it until problem was solved! We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future!
