Summit Insulation's Spray Foam Insulation I'm the original owner of my Ryland home Crofton, which was built during fall of 1992 and completed January 1993. I was the first home owner on Patrice Circle in my Crofton Woods neighborhood. I have the McHenry model, with a Victorian style facade. Grey Aluminum siding, with navy blue shutters and door, and white trim. Over the years, the traffic and noise volume has only increased on Rt 3/301. Although up to code insulation wise when built, and with replacement windows and new exterior doors already installed, I still could not escape the growing traffic and neighborhood noise. Just had my entire house insulated. It's a 25 year old house, but we would get drafts, and our electric bills were sky high. Had an OUTSTANDING experience with everyone from Joe the estimator, to Chris the crew supervisor, as well as Dan the owner. Everyone was courteous, professional, and extremely hard working. My house was a 2 day job, and it rained on the first day, but apparently that doesn't stop these guys at all! The entire 4 man crew kept working through the rain, and came back the next day to complete the job in it's entirety. I was able to see and hear the insulation being pumped into my walls, and it's still only the first day since the completion, but the sound difference is immediate. I recently had my 122 year old home insulated. While they installed the insulation as contracted, there was a big issue which you should BE AWARE of if you plan to make this big investment. Check every single outlet in your home after they finish. I am now in a situation where some of my outlets no longer work and I will have to spend addition money to get them fixed. This shouldn't be the case after spending so much on insulation. The outlets I'm referencing aren't heavily used, so it took 2 weeks for me to realize. At that point, I called the company and left a message. There has been no response or effort to even talk to me about it. My other minor issue was both times they wanted to schedule, they called me literally the day before. That's typically not enough time to plan time

Highly recommend! I wanted to express thanks and appreciation for Chris and his team who worked on my house recently. Not only has the insulation made a world of difference already, but I have to applaud Chris and his team for their friendliness and professionalism. They were efficient and thorough, explained the whole process and answered the many questions we had throughout the day. They even were kind and playful with my 2 yr old, who was fascinated at the process. They did a wonderful job replacing the mortar in the brick they had to drill and otherwise left the area very clean. They did an excellent job and I highly commend them!

Summit Insulation is a great company to work with. Dan was our first contact and he did a great job of explaining what insulating the house entails. The crew that came to our house was cheerful and polite. Their cheerfulness and politeness made it a real pleasure to work with them. They even shared their lunch with me! I have a big house, so there was a lot of insulation to install. It was a long day but they got the job done in one day and were still laughing a joking at the end. When the house was finished, they cleaned up everything and left the property as they found it that the morning. It's been only a couple of days, but I've already noticed improvements with the house. I'm looking forward to a much more comfortable winter this year. Thank you again Summit Insulation.
