As a real estate professional, I work with many homes and encounter all sorts of pest issues, from ants and spiders to more serious infestations. I recently had Tim come out to treat my own property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Quick and easy, definitely recommend!

I had Terminix for a couple of months to help out with a spider issue. They charged me $450 and haven't done shit. I called Summit Pest control and spoke to Andrey, he was very helpful and set me up with a service. Now I only pay $70 a month for my home and it is fully pest free. Thank you so much, I will be recommending this company and their services.

I was having some issues with some little critters around the house and outside also. Called this company and a day or two later I noticed that no more bugs were in or around the house. When they came, they knocked on the door and walked me through everything. Told me if I have pets to keep them inside, and they did their thing. When they finished we walked around the house once more and they showed me everywhere they put it. Super professional and a job well done!!

I had the peskiest nest of yellow jackets on my front lawn which I couldn’t mow because of how aggressive they were. Called these guys up and was astonished by the professionalism and a job well done! Would recommend them for any pests and I will be calling them up again if needed!
