I am the executive kitchen manager for the Scarberry Restaurant Group. Summit Refrigeration services our three restaurants; Union Station Grill, Square Mile Public House and Newtown Food and Spirits. Fantastic, knowledgable guys, great customer service, best prices in the business. We go to Summit for all our equipment issues, installation, equipment servicing etc. they always have the answer and if they don’t, they find a way to make it work! Excellent experience! We are first-time clients and are very impressed. We called Summit to look at our commercial refrigerator, which was squealing in our bakery. They answered the phone promptly, were friendly, and scheduled us for a service call. On the day of the service, they arrived promptly with the same friendliness, went straight to work diagnosing, and gave us very straightforward answers to our issue, leaving us confident that we were not getting the run-around. The pricing was very reasonable; they had the part right away, and the refrigerator was fixed in an hour. Zero interruption to our business and our time. Simple and friendly as can be. We are happy to say that we have found our repair company......Thank you :)

So the story it was that I called the office and they said they’re not longer taken in new customers then through My Friend I have other number I was not knowing that they are the same company and when the guy respond to me I even forgot his name he said he would be stopping by that Thursday or that Friday which is last week make us waiting for him for 5 days and then he won’t pick up the phone calls texted me back saying that’s all we already told you we don’t take any new customers after he told me that he wouldn’t stop by that Thursday or that Friday and even my friend the one he recommend them to me. He have called him again to make sure that he is stopping by and he told him he will and then they never the customer service not too good. They need to be better communication with custom

We own the Mint Steakhouse and call them everytime we have a refrigeration issue. They are THE BEST!!!
