The below billing problem was fixed, customer service is poor, will not return. The timeliness was the only good thing about this service and that they did complete the job. Though they did not tighten the pump pipes so when I filled it water went everywhere and I had a mess and to fix it on my own. When I made the appointment I was told of the fee it would be for them to come out and what they charge an hour and was okay with that. The service took about an hour and I had someone there to help if need be. When I received my bill I was blown away. Almost $500. I called to inquire why and was told it was because one of them (I was never told more than one was coming out) had to hold a heat gun the whole time. We purchased our in ground pool from Brian and Kathy this spring and have gone through the process of having it installed this summer. I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable and easy to work with they were. Our install got delayed a little so that they could take care of opening the pools for their existing customers first, which should tell you how good they are to work with. No matter how many questions we had or how many issues we had they always had answers and helped us work through them. If you are looking for anything pool or hot tub related do not consider going anywhere but here!!

Very, very poor customer service, and absolutely terrible ownership! As you can see from other reviews, they are not an honest company. Complete liars. Be very, very cautious and I highly recommend using a different company in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. I have dealt with many companies and services, and this is by far the worst treatment I have ever had.

A friend recommended Sun Harvester Pool & Spas to me and I'm so glad they did! Even before I was an actual customer, they were still willing to give me the name of a pool filler in the area. And once we had our pool filled I knew where I was going for help in keeping it clean. They tested my water, free of charge, and set me up with all I needed for the rest of the summer. Didn't sell me anything I didn't need and even threw in some free test strips! They're friendly, quick, and very fairly priced. Really know their stuff and even answered my questions via messenger! I'll be a repeat customer for sure and tell all of my friends about you!

I had a leak on one of the valves near the pump, I couldn't get anyone from the pool place I had been using for the past two years to come out and fix it. I called Sun Harvester and they sent Brian out to diagnose the issue. Long story short, a week or two later, Brian replaced the broken valve and part of my liner that had fallen, was fixed. Brian was extremely helpful helping me understand my pool. (We just bought the house 2 years prior and I've never owned a pool.) Top notch customer service, highly recommend if you have an in ground pool!!!
