I used Sun Kissed Construction this past weekend. I feel reviews are usually only the miserable and unhappy, but these guys deserve to have their praises sung. Pete, the owner, took time to speak with me himself and walk me through the entire process. He was upfront and honest about price and timeline. By far the fairest quote in the area, and the earliest availability to start on the job. I was impressed with the quality, workmanship, and efficiency shown by every member on the team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Winter Park area, and will be using them for all my future roofing needs.

Outstanding work! My wife and I were up against a severe deadline from our insurance company. Either get our tile roof replaced by June or lose our homeowner insurance coverage. The insurance company refused to cover any portion of the replacement tile roof despite the damage it sustained over the years from various storms. Additionally, our HOA would not permit us to switch to an economical shingles alternative. Peter and Sun Kissed to the rescue! Not only did Peter, the owner, provide an affordable tile solution, his team installed the new roof in a little more than a week with no pallets of tiles nor other supplies sitting in our driveway for many months, which is NOT the case with other contractors.
