Our family rented for the first time from this group and have nothing but good things to say. We needed a wood chipper. The staff was friendly and helpful, checking in before and after to see that we were satisfied. Even calling on July 4th to make sure all went well with our project and wishing us a happy holiday. Man yall should inform your employees that cutting in front of cars going 45 mph and then proceedings to slam your brakes to 30 mph really isn't safe or legal. Followed your dude all the way to your business and he was steadily brake checking people the entire way I was in the line behind him. Got the plate number and might report it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I rented from here for the first time the other day. This place is exactly how a customer service oriented business should be ran. Everybody is nice. They even take the time to welcome you in the door even if they're busy helping someone. I have a lot of work to get done and I'm going to spend my money here to get it done. I met the man in charge and as they say the staff are a reflection of the manager.

I was overly pleased with my experience. They had the machine I needed and for a reasonable price. Because I was calling the day before I needed my rental they did not have the extra attachments I was looking for but because of this they were able to compensate for that to assure my happiness. They were also able to wait 30 minutes after closing for me to return my rental early and refunded me some of my money! Everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly. I also liked that they had a contactless pickup for COVID friendly rentals.
