Suncoast Insulators

Had a Duke home energy audit and they recommended bringing the attic insulation up to a full R38 to save on Air and heat. I called Suncoast Insolator because he had recommended them. Woman on the phone was friendly and able to give me a quote right over the phone. Chris and Fred showed up on the 26th of February and did a great job. My closet which felt like a frig because there was nothing above it now is as comfortable as the bedroom. The second back bedroom which they also noted had little or no insulation is today much more comfortable. Great job Chris & Fred! Suncoast also works with Duke energy so you don't wait for a rebate, they take it off the bill and you just pay the difference.

This company is as awful and unethical as it gets. My home is 3 years old and it will not cool properly but the air checks out fine; it’s the multiple gaps in the insulation that make it so hot. This company told me it’s normal for the insulation to “settle” when it’s new and they would charge me $500 for a “refresh” . I decided if I’m paying that $ I’ll call another company snd the other companies have looked in my attic and told me it was never laid properly and too many gaps. Also it is a lie to say it needs refreshed before 15-20 years. I called sun coast back a few times to ask to speak to a manager. No one ever called me back so I am writing this review and will contact the BBB

A nice lady answered the phone and explained different insulation options for my home. I made the appointment and was pleasantly pleased when two polite men arrived on time and got the job done quickly and with no mess. He even took before and after photos for me. Professional and polite service at a fair price. Thank you.

We hired Suncoast to put glass showers doors in our bathrooms and they did a great job. Fair price done on time and on schedule. Will definitely hire them again

This company was recommended to me by 2 reputable businesses in Citrus County. I think they may want to reconsider their business relationship with this company. I called 2 X to schedule an appointment for insulation services in my home. After the 2nd call I was scheduled an appointment for a representative to inspect my home for insulation. I knew I needed insulation in my Florida room, but not sure about other areas of the house. The appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. No one showed up, nor did anyone from the company contact me in reference to the missed appointment. That is not acceptable behavior. If they do not accept small jobs, they should have told me so to begin with. Shame on them for such disrespectful treatment.
