We recently completed a basement remodeling project with Sundance and we couldn't be happier. The design process was very nice, and the showroom is great for being able to quickly compare different finishes and ideas. Construction was very smooth, with the timeline following what they had proposed at the start of the project. The crew was great, and we felt very well informed about what would be happening throughout the process. We'll definitely be returning to Sundance for any of our future needs.

Sundance homes just completed the third project for us, replacing a large picture window. Dave and his helper did an excellent job installing and trimming the window. We are very pleased with the quality of the window and the work. We would definitely have Sundance Homes do any further house projects.

We needed to replace two decks at the house we bought last year. After being ghosted by two contractors—one who never called back after saying he would, another who came out, looked around, then never sent an estimate—it was a great relief working with Sundance. We had a great consultation, then received a thorough, detailed estimate. The price was right, and everyone we worked with was helpful and considerate. The decks look great.

We are very pleased with the work done. We have a new powder room and entryway that are beautiful! The work is top quality and the service was very professional. Everyone at Sundance is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, even making little repairs that were outside the scope of the contract. We will definitely use them again.
