My mom had window curtains cleaned and rehung. The owner, John, showed up late, shrunk some of the curtains, hung them up wrong (backwards, not straight, bows messed up, etc.) and didn’t even finish putting some of the rods back up. When my mom called later to let him know of the issues, after my dad had just died mind you, he told her he wasn’t coming back to fix his work and hung up on her twice.

My grandpa went to them to get his suit dry cleaned and his suit pants to the right length and they didn't do it right and they are rude

They are just rude! Went two minutes away to Glam-O-Rama who were very nice and accommodating!
