I have been using Sunrise Pool for over a year now and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I just purchased a home and wanted to convert my pool from salt back to chlorine. They were very helpful and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each method. Sunrise Pool provided me with documented details about the conversion costs, short term and long term costs that were associated with each. In the end, I chose to convert back to a chlorine pool. I could not be happier with the outcome. I LOVE THE TEAM AT SUNRISE POOLS.

We are just a couple, three, months in with them, but I can say there a quite handful of folks who step up to handle issues and concerns. So they are earning my respect and they are tending towards my request for them to be a proactively oriented, high end service. Thank you.

We chose to start pool service with Sunrise Pool Services, Inc. as we were struggling with chemical balance, staining of the pool, and just a general frustration with the pool maintenance. The first visit and in 5 minutes we were given a diagnosis of the problem and a plan was put in place. We no longer have the constant drive to the local pool store for water testing and hundreds of dollars in pool chemicals. Since beginning with Sunrise Pool Services, Inc. our pool looks the best it has all season and this happened in just a matter of a couple of weeks. I wish we had started with Sunrise Pool Services, Inc. much earlier.

I have had good service for many many years. My pool is almost 20 years old and I have used this company since it was built. The techs are very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about what they do. While there have been a time or two in 20 years a human error may have happened, the company has stood strong with correctiing the problem immediately without issue. My pool stays open all year. I also take care of cleaning my pool when they are not here, it is my pool. When items big or small break they are right there to fix them and do a good job in fixing or replacing items when needed. When I first hired sunrise pools I was very nervous because I had so many bad experience with previous pool companies. They have done nothing but wipe those fears away in these last few weeks. My pool cover had a hole in it so I knew the water would be kind of bad underneath. It was like it never had a hole in it. Water is crystal clear and beautiful and I'm extremely happy with them. I've been looking for a pool company like this for a long time. I plan on sticking with them for many years because our family lives by the pool the entire summer.
