Super Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air - San Jose

I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Their work ethic is impeccable. The guy who came for the 3 required inspections was impressed by the quality of the work. I have recommended Super Brothers to several friends and neighbors.

Super Brothers was simply outstanding! We converted from gas to a heat pump water heater. Their pricing was fair and competitive, scheduling was fast and easy, and the contractor/installer was a professional genius! I would recommend them to my family and friends, and will use them again in the future.

Excellent everything! Availability, customer service, upfront about pricing prior to booking the appointment. That was just the phone call. The service technician was also Excellent. Thorough assessment, Thorough explanation of the problem(s), explained parts that would need replacing and my options. I could clearly see that the technician knew what had to be done and made quick work of it. Explained what he was doing and why. Polite, respectful of property, knowledgeable. This was my first time using Super Brothers and I wil recommend them to friends and neighbors. Many thanks for a job well done.

Never had such a great experience with any contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything.
