I have been using Super Maids for a few months now. Setting up the initial day, time, and price went very smoothly. Tera is a great communicator and sends an email before each cleaning which is helpful. I needed to switch days one month and Super Maids has able to accommodate. I am very happy when I come home and see they have touched every surface and the level of clean is excellent. When I am home and talk with the cleaners they are kind and professional. I would recommend Super Maids for your cleaning needs!

I was a little hesitant at first since this was my first time hiring someone to clean for me. I’m very particular about how I like things done, but these women were incredible! Before they started, I explained a few house rules (I have two cats who are sensitive to noise and will pee if a door is left open). They were extremely respectful and cautious. I also shared my priorities—dusting and vacuuming—since my partner is allergic to cats. They paid close attention to that, and I loved how detailed they were, even dusting the baseboards.
