Super Rooter and Backflow Services

I contacted Collin for some concerns my husband and I had in our house related to noises that didn't seem right for plumbing, along with some slow water pressure in part of the house. Collin arrived a little early, before my scheduled appointment (which was super awesome!), and he took his time investigating while trying to replicate the issues with the house's plumbing. He was super thorough, explaining everything in a clear manner - and he even taught me how to flush out the sediment from the hot water heater! By the end of his investigations, he said that there was really nothing wrong, other than the hard water from the city causing expected build up in the plumbing system. Absolutely *terrific* service by owner/operator Collin Bllavir!! In my 20+ years in DeLand, and having used numerous other plumbing companies, Super Rooter is *by far* the best I've ever used! On time, extremely courteous, highly efficient and fantastic service in repairing numerous problems (toilet repair, slow sink drains, clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal and installing new shower head). I can't say enough about how good this dedicated young man and his assist in-training were. Kudos!

Colin was awesome!! I had been battling a slow drain in my kitchen for close to a week. I reached out to Super Rooter and spoke with Colin. He was there within a couple hours to diagnose the issue. His rates are more than reasonable and the guy knows his stuff. Highly recomend.

Though I didn't get to use their services, I really appreciate Collins answering my questions and his professionalism. He gave me a very reasonable quote. I would have gone with Super Rooter if I hadn't missed out on an open availability that they had. That will teach me not to try to schedule something while I was on vacation and coming back home. Silly me. In the future, if I ever need water/plumbing services I would definitely consider using them for their services!
