Our rear porch screening was completed this morning. The bidding process was easy with Superior Aluminum - Bill was on time and provided a quote for the job immediately, including specials issues that he recognized before I. We live on a Lake in downtown Orlando and have a Koi pond in the back yard; so mosquitos, lizards and leaves were a problem. Anthony and Carlos, the installers were great. I had some issues and they addressed them with no problem. Even the Orlando Building Inspector really liked our screen room and the work of Superior; so we received a “final” in minutes. We love our new screen room and are using it a lot now.

Hired Superior to do our patio expansion and screen room. we are very happy to pick this company. Michelle is very responsive, she provided all information and helped us with HOA documents. We took her recommendations and happy with the product. When Bo came out for lay out, he explained in details of the projects. Nate and crew did a perfect job to pour concrete and laid pavers. Anthony and the team finished project with high quality. Melissa is a great contact, who always communicate with us and are on top of the things. We really appreciate the work they did and very happy with everyone who worked on our projects.

They are everything they say they are and more! From sales to completion. And my new patio is amazing! We absolutely love it. The entire process was organized and Melissa’s communication and customer focus is outstanding! We knew what was happening every step of the way!

After our porch was completed, I noticed a board that was a tiny bit wrong. I called Superior and they sent two guys to fix it, immediately. Dainier and Carlos were absolutely wonderful! They even made the screen door work better and I didn’t even know it wasn’t working perfectly. It is now! We are very happy with Superior Aluminum. We are so pleased, that we bought a porch for our daughter’s home too!! The job is high quality and worth every penny!!

Steward and G did an amazing job converting my open patio into a fully functioning office room, complete with windows, insulation, and a clean, professional finish. The entire process was incredibly easy, quick, and efficient from start to finish. Melissa was on top of things to make sure we were informed. They communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and delivered exactly what I envisioned - honestly, even better!
