Superior Cleaning & Recovery

I had a kitchen ceiling leak that happened in January. Superior jumped right in. It was a lot of water & cold temperatures that took awhile to dry everything out. State Farm was my insurance & Superior kept communication open with me & them, even though State Farm was delaying response. Superior was super patient as my dad passed during this time & I had many things going on. Insurance makes things a lengthy process but Superior stayed on top of things & helped me however they could with the insurance company. I highly recommend them!

Superior Cleaning & Recovery cleaned our carpet this past week and did a 5 star job. They were timely, professional, and left the entire space clean. They were able to provide feedback about the condition of the carpet and were extremely affordable. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!!

Worst company I have ever worked with. Did not extract the water from my floors. They spent 8 days trying to dry carpet that was torn out when they left. They would not do what I requested. They said they were doing everything according to what the insurance company would approve. When the insurance company said their charges were not appropriate and denied them, they expected me to pay for it. They threatened to put a lien on my property if I did not pay the extra $1700. The insurance company denied my appeal and they put a lien on my property without a court hearing. They also caused extra damage to my walls which will add greatly to my restoration. Don’t trust this company with your emergency. They are not honorable people.
