They agree to projects they can't remotely fulfill as planned. Cooley Lake road construction was initially scheduled to take 1 month. They've now delayed the finalization twice for an extra two months. The detour makes a person drive almost 5 miles for what should be 1 mile. This is very inconvenient for a lot of people and when snowy weather arrives it's going to be very problematic for people if this project isn't finished as agreed.

One month project on Cooley Lake Rd in Waterford has turned into three months. They did not report the road closure to Google maps causing a ton of turn around traffic in my neighborhood. Awful inconvenience, to drive 5 miles out of the way. Lower than one star for the lengthy delay.

Absolutely ridiculous a culvert on Cooley Lake Rd gets delayed as long as it has. I hope RCOC never uses them again, and that RCOC is giving them hefty fines for not completing the job on time.

Constant delays in the construction happening on Clarkson Rd. This is highly impacting our day to day activities. A normal kids pickup that lasted 5min now it’s a 20 min trip. Terrible !

I dont know anything about them really, other than they had a simple contract to fix cooley lake road and it's almost delayed by 3 months now. I hope oakland county never uses these guys again
