Superior Fence & Rail of Norfolk

From the sales rep Mark Mitchell to the installer Josue and his team, everything from Superior Fence and Rail was excellent. Mark came out and gave me a couple of quotes for different styles of vinyl fence(went with the 3 plank). The estimated start date was November but my install occurred October 21st. Josue and his team did a walk around the first morning of install, so we were on the same page as far as where the gates would go and which way they would open. The next day both fences were finished. My wife and I are very happy with the result. Have already recommended to my coworkers.

Workers showed up on time, working with Josue was a pleasure, he was courteous and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him. Did good job when cleaning up after the job was finished and the fence looks awesome.

Marlon, Williams and Pada did a wonderful job installing our fence. They were professional, meticulous and very efficient! They cleaned up after the installation and we couldn’t be happier with our new fence. It looks great! I would recommend Superior Fence & Rail and their install team (WR Fence Construction LLC) to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Recently had our fence replaced. It was old and damaged (from a fallen tree due to storm). We had multiple fence contractors bid on project. However, we chose Superior Fence due to clarity in demonstrating what we wanted/needed in writing in the spot, as well as how communications on throughout the entire process. Thank you Mark Mitchell! Then, came the install…which was on time and on budget. Most importantly, the end product…. The quality in craftsmanship and materials installer were nothing short of SUPERB! Excellent work of Darwin and Eduardo! Thank you both very much. I highly recommend Superior Fence. As a matter of fact, I just recommended them to our landscaper that we’ve known for years.

Was very pleased with the work done by this company. Seamless from beginning to end. We needed them to repair a damaged section of fencing and the quality was excellent. The Oswaldo installation crew did a great job. This was actually the Raleigh location.
