You could not ask for a better window company. They're honest dependable and reliable. I had a problem With screens I had new screens made less than 24 hours After measuring them. And delivered. Everything anymore is expensive. But I shop around. And I haven't found a company that could beat their prices. I had my windows installed over a period of years . I had the same installer come for all 3 times. I had windows frosted.There was no additional charge. A lot of other companies charge you for every little extra. I'm very fussy I could not complain about anything through the whole process. I can't thank enough to Lou, Mark, Joe and Especially Jim For an exceptional job with the windows and the installation. Our experience with Superior was superb from top to bottom. We used them for new siding, windows and doors. Lou patiently walked us through the sales process and helped us make some decisions, particularly in regards to style and cost. He also would intermittently check-in to see how the work is going and discuss next steps. The scheduling / administrative folks were on-point as well. They really set the gold standard for communication on the project. I really appreciated the phone calls to setup the work. "This gentleman will be arriving at this time to complete this work. It will take approximately this long and at this point you will owe this amount. " The invoicing system helped keep track of this as well.
