After a disastrous stain error on my stairs by a subcontractor, I took a sample of my flooring to Stain Masters for a color match. I could not believe the time and attention given to help match stain to my engineered floors! Charles spent the time to get the color just right and it looks AMAZING! I recommended them to my contractor and will definitely be returning to Supplies Master for my next flooring project.

I called this place three days in a row Every time a different sales person answer I ask him for product and I gave him the exact things that I need And they will tell me give us 10-15 minutes or till the end of the day and we will send you pictures and quotes for the stuff you need And never got one single phone call back Wow 0 customer service

Excellent experience. I needed oak wood floors for my new home and I ended up going with Supplies Master. Their pricing was sharp and they came in cheaper then lumber liquidators and empire today. They also delivered my order on time with zero headaches. Their delivery guys were professional and respectful. They also referred me a great flooring contractor to install my floors and they came out perfect. I highly recommend.
