Just completed my SECOND return for the same order!!! First, was sent the wrong part, oops, no biggie, returned. Awaiting the second "corrected" delivery only to find a totally different wrong part! They just package up random stuff and send it? Nobody looks at orders to verify what they're sending matches what is ordered?! That's crazy sauce! I guess they don't plan on being in business long? Not to mention they sent a 6-1/2 foot tall box for a 4ft item and the girth of said box could fit twenty times what was ordered. Bonkers! I bet UPS loves doing business with these goofs.

Shipping department does not care at all. They consistently ship large boxes of mixed (fragile and metal) items. This past shipment had a case of 1900 electrical boxes mixed with single gang plastic boxes. The case of electrical boxes of course damaged the fragile plastic boxes. I also ordered cases of metal box covers. When they do not have full cases, they ship partials, which should never be done. I am regularly shocked at how shipments come in from this company. I have complained in the past, but they do not fix these issues.

I bought 4 bottles of Nu-Calgon condenser cleaner. Each bottle was wrapped separately in plastic bags to prevent leakage. Not a drop spilled. Amazon had sent me a bottle that didn't even have a cap on it. Shipping was fast also.

Disappointed with a simple transaction. I ordered four white decora rocker switches. Supply House shipped me old inventory that was already partially discolored, but — worse — had bar codes taped and melted over the body of the switch. E-mails to customer service went unreturned. Chat sessions were left unanswered. When I finally did get a human, they agreed to refund the charge for the items … but not the shipping. That took a second call. Gimme a break, guys.

I am pleasantly surprised with the quick service I got from supply house. At first I didn’t know if it was a legit website but BBB and other reviews gave me the confidence to order with them. The shipping said it would be 1 day and they weren’t kidding. Also the couplers I ordered were more than half the price of the same ones from Amazon and other online retailers and shipping was only 5 bucks. Definitely will use them again when I can.
