Surbers Inc (Temp Closed; Anderson Office Open)

They replaced our windows back in 2007. Had a shoe break on one of the windows which now prevents it from staying open. Called to have it replaced under their lifetime warranty. Was told there was a $65 service fee but the part would be free. I called towards the end of November. They were to order the part and then would get back to me when they could have someone come out. Fast-forward to early January. Still had not heard from them so I called back. I was assured that I was on their list to have the shoe replaced. He told me they only do service calls on Fridays and on days when it is raining. I said no problem, just wanted to make sure I wasn't forgotten. He said I wasn't. It is now almost mid-March. Still have not gotten that call and obviously have not had the shoe repla

They sell Energy Star doors and windows. Dewayne is a pro installer. I am a repeat customer. They replaced construction grade doors on my previous home. Now replacing all my doors and windows in the house I just purchased. I know that I am in good hands with Charles and trust the company.
