I have had a really great experience with this pest control company and their team as a whole. Justin Hawkins did my initial inspection at the start of service and his communication was excellent. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions with confidence, and was honest without any pressure to upsell services I did not need. David Penrod came out recently and even though he is not my usual technician, I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He did not skip any areas and the service was extremely thorough. Chad Vetter has also been wonderful to work with. Excellent monthly service. Joseph, our service provider, did an exceptional job. Checked in with us each month, checked all the traps, rebated them and stopped in with his report to tell me how things were looking after each visit. I would highly recommend this service company.

As a owner of multiple properties I have struggled finding Professionals in the pest control business who will conduct business in a professional manner executing the job over a period of time. Surety Pest Control not only performs the task at hand but also issues a report with photographs each time on site. I have had interaction with a couple of the technicians and have been very pleased with their demeanor and performance.
