The Surface Creations team did a PHENOMENAL job with our quartz counters! I am big on the idea that the service makes the product, and the product should reinforce the quality of the service. The service each member of the team at SC provided was incredibly positive. From selecting the material, to guidance on which sink and hardware to get, to the templating and installation - each person we connected with was detailed, energetic, and thoughtful. I would happily and highly recommend Surface Creations to anyone seeking to upgrade the look and feel of their home!

Kitchen Renovation—After purchasing our product at Lowes, we were referred to Surface Creations and the entire experience was exceptional. Surface Creations was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We worked directly with Lauren who was informed and patiently explained all of the steps. She invited us to come to the stone-yard and see the stone we had purchased for our kitchen, easily setting-up all appointments. We went to the stone yard after Eric came to our house and completed the template for the stone cutter. Stone Creations has been my lead countertop fabricator for over eight years now, and I cannot say enough great things about them. Not only do they have the most thorough and attentive office staff, but they have the top crews working for them from template to install. Each customer I send to their shop to view and tag their slabs leave there feeling more at ease about what their new space will look like and also leave feeling more knowledgeable about the product they are purchasing. Had a wonderful experience from template all the way to install. Alex and Aidan were very professional with the install. Made sure everything was to our liking and even allowed me to anchor my faucet and handles before they put the sink on to spare me some of that pain after the fact. The top itself is glorious and they made sure it was perfection once installed with the backsplash and caulking. They were very timely and were sure to answer any questions we had. And they let us hover while they installed as we are the people that are intrigued watching stuff happen. We will be back for the kitchen.
