Wilder Flooring was incredibly supportive of our project from start to finish. It was clear that they genuinely wanted us to love the finished product, and we absolutely do! Hayley in the showroom was so helpful, providing the perfect guidance and knowing exactly what to say to help us select the right flooring product. Her communication with us was timely and detailed. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, clearly explaining the work our floors needed and detailing the installation process. Finally, Pat, our installer, was thorough and made sure we were completely happy with the end result. We truly felt cared for throughout the entire process.

Ryan Marsh got back to me immediately after I made a request. He came out to the house right away, and was able to get the job done before we moved into the house (I appreciate how quickly he was able to do this, it was a great relief getting this big project done before moving day!). He was very communicative throughout the whole process and got 3 rooms done in a week. The floors hadn't been redone in about 25 years and they were in desperate need of updating. He also took the time to replace worn and damaged boards so the whole floor looks new. I will definitely use Wilder Flooring again (new basement flooring is in the future) - I would not waste my time going anywhere else. Price was fair and competitive too.

My husband and I are DIY renovators, have high standards, and do not relinquish control of a renovation to others easily! Ryan and Haley are a wonderful couple who welcomed us into their showroom, were incredibly patient, and very helpful as we picked out our wood flooring for our great room and tile for our entryway. In fact, Ryan paid such close attention when he came to our house the first time, he had samples out and ready enabling me to pick my beautiful hickory right away. So that was just the selection phase. We left for vacation and their installer, Kevin, was careful and considerate in his removal of w2w carpet and old tile. Wilder Flooring came to do the floors in my whole house, including luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpeting. They dealt with removing molding, moved some furniture, and got it all done. The floors came out great and completely transformed my home. They were a pleasure to work with. Many people will tell you they don't contract out work, but I can tell you that they definitely came and did the work themselves. Ryan and staff were professional, helpful, and fantastic installers.
