This year we performed a major remodeling job in our home! We did go through a kitchen co. to do our cabinets and counters for my newly remodeled kitchen! And they use surface creations! Even though the first installation of our countertop was done incorrectly with the soapstone grains not matching when I spoke with the company they were very quick to respond and not only correct it but give me the most beautiful countertop better than I had expected! The owner actually came out to make sure it’s was done correctly! In construction things can go awry however it’s how the customer service handles you and they were top notch! Thank you so much for my beautiful kitchen countertops!

As a kitchen designer, I work with Stone Creations on a regular basis. I am always extremely satisified with their work. From the initial viewing appointment with the homeowner, to the final install team, their entire crew is professional and great at what they do. Their selection of stock material is extensive, pricing is good, and like I said, the quality of work is consistent.

Will not work with the general public for slabs. They are a “wholesaler”. they said to call Levalle. Have no choice but to go elsewhere and pay a middleman which sucks since they are 10 minutes away.

Buyer beware! We ordered (and paid for) a single slab corner piece for our kitchen counter. After waiting weeks to have it installed, it was built incorrectly so that it wouldn’t have fit the sink. When we brought the error to their attention, they came back to “fix the error”; however, they decided to bring it back in two slabs instead of one (as ordered and paid for) in order to save themselves money. At this point, our entire kitchen remodel has been held up so long that we are going to have to live with the seams despite the fact that we paid for the single slab. I feel bad for the stone installers - they were very nice and highly skilled, but unfortunately they are subjected to horrible management. VERY disappointing experience overall, highly recommend finding a more reputable compan

We had a new counter top and island top installed last week. Mandi was a great help in figuring out our choices and all the details. She had a couple suggestions as we pondered the large number of choices which was very helpful as we are not shoppers that will take a long time making decisions. And the installers were very professional, clean and efficient, matching all the corners and joints carefully so the finished job was great. We highly recommend Stone Creations and will use them again if ever we have need for countertops.
