Surface Expressions

In June 2019 I hired these people to replace fire damaged cabinets. It is now March 2020 I am still chasing after them to complete the work. Today I started shopping for an attorney to take over the battle on my behalf. I will look elsewhere for the countertops. One should be able to see clearly that there is a cabinet missing on the left side of the opening.

They replaced all the counter tops in my kitchen with quartz and did an excellent job. He explained the process and time-line and we ended up with a beautiful result. I will definitely use him again to replace bathroom counter tops

This owner is a real piece of work. Had a simple task that was brought to him in June, and he said check back next month, well checked back and he said "I'm to busy check back next month". So I did, and this went on for 4 months. He ended up cursing at me. He doesn't have any customer service and is not very business like. Would not recommend him for even the simplest of tasks. Buyer be wary!

Called to see about cutting cultured marble. Was given “Yes we can” then trying to figure out when it could be done, The guy just proceeds to repeat that he can’t “skip other people” but I could drop it off next week. I never asked to skip anyone, I wanted a time frame of when to expect it, two weeks, next month, I don’t really care. However since the responses was repeated skipping other people, I decided to just move on because if you don’t know your schedule, how would I? Not a good first impression.

In 2016, we ordered a granite countertop for our kitchen with Surface Expressions in Ludington. They were very helpful and patient with all my questions every step along the way. I couldn't be happier with our beautiful new kitchen! Would definitely recommend them.
