We had our liner replaced on our 20 year old above ground pool! Mike was great with communicating about a timeline of install once the liner arrived! He did a fantastic job with the install and helped replace a section that rusted away near the skimmer and jet! One day install and the liner looks fantastic!

They don’t charge for water test even if you don’t need any chemicals. Another positive on top of military discount. Generally being available and not jammed. Having several people at busy times Everyone is friendly and helpful. They don’t recommend anything you don’t need as well.

I’ve been shopping here for 30 plus years now. Have always had professional help and always had all my questions answered. Sadly, the two young adults (young lady and young man) they have working on Sunday afternoons are the worst customer care people I’ve come across in awhile. Please show them how to act and how to wait on people in the order they come into the store. They do not get to pick and choose where, when and how people are waited on or in what order. If your waiting your turn and they decide to help someone else that just walked into the store after you’ve waited in line for 5 or 10 minutes for their help is unprofessional. Usually it’s first come first serve basis. Sadly at this point they both have nasty attitudes and have no problem showing you that they don’t want to help y
