Residential 20k gallon in ground concrete pool demo. Highly recommend. It has been a pleasant surprise. Stan and Vitali said what would be done and competently did it. And, at the last minute, stepped up by installing a block wall (scope creep:-) before packing up. They’ll always be my first call for their services. Added a couple photos after hydro seeding. What’s amazing is this whole job was start to finish in 9 days (including the weekend:-). Outstanding 👍

We were so happy with SV Excavation and the work they did on our property! Our project was a 130 ft long soldier pile retaining wall with timber lagging. SV Excavation handled the excavation, grading, and backfill. From the get-go, Stan at SV Excavation provided clear communication and a detailed bid and scope of work. He and his team arrived on time, communicated updates to us, interfaced with the retaining wall contractor seamlessly, and completed the work to the design specifications. Though we lived on a tricky two-lane road with a blind corner, they also handled getting equipment and loads in and out of the property without any incident. It's rare to find a contractor who does what they say they're going to do. We highly recommend SV Excavation!

I have done several projects that require a lot of contractor work. The problem is, most contractors aren’t reliable or honest and makes it very difficult to choose. You don’t find out that they are horrible at their job until they are in the middle of it. Stan and his team, tackled a very difficult side sewer project that tied into a sewer main 500 feet from our location. They met all of the City of Tacoma’s requirements without issue and did an excellent job. If you’re looking for a professional team that actually knows what they’re doing, shows up on time and communicates well, all at a reasonable price, then I couldn’t give higher praise or recommendation for SV Excavation!

Great family business! Stan and Vitaly overcame some challenges on our plat development but persevered. They worked diligently, didn't complain, and didn't nickel and dime. Straight-forward hard working guys...Highly recommend

Stan at SV did an excellent job in managing / executing a water meter installation project on my lot. He coordinated with the City of Bonney Lake and subcontractors to ensure the project completed on time, and on budget. I will utilize his services again and recommend him to others.
