SVL, Inc. (Schwab Vollhaber Lubratt)

Once SVL finally answered the phone i was transferred top parts and hung up on after 2 minutes…. Then got ahold of them again, transferred again to parts and then hung up on after 5 minutes. Tried to call for the next 30 min and it said the line was busy. Terrible, terrible business. I even mentioned to Maddie who answered the phone both times that i was hung up on while on hold to which she laughed at and transferred me yet again.

SVL is not my vendor of choice! For some reason they cannot get our PO numbers to print on the direct orders that come direct from the factory. This is a waste of my time having to call them and then leave a message and then wait for them to call back because they are short handed and don't have enough employees to do the job! I have complained several times but to no avail! Avoid this vendor if at all possible! If I could give them less then 1 star I would!

Todd and his team portray professionalism in everything they do at SVL. Their sales team is loaded with technical expertise which makes dealing with them much easier than other HVAC companies.

SVL has alway been the best. Technical support has always been excellant with this group, they are experts that know what there doing.
