S&W Kitchens Windermere

S&W carried the Aristokraft cabinets I wanted to add above my existing cabinets to fill in the empty space above. All the staff were prompt and professional from the delivery people all the way through the entire process. Rick was amazing and kept me informed of the process and timelines for expectations. Eli has a great attention detail and when there were multiple ways to do something he asked which way I preferred so I would be happy with the end result, at the end of each work day he worked hard to clean the area. We recently had our kitchen and floors remodeled by S&W Kitchens and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY I do not make it a habit to post negative reviews but in this case, I'm hoping I can save someone else from the incredibly horrible experience I had. I want to start with the end because I feel it is the most important piece of information you need about this company. A16 week estimated project took 16 MONTHS for them to complete. I had one horrible project manager after another. Towards the end Tim Hobson got involved. He promised everything would get done quickly and then basically dropped out of sight again. When I first met with him (more than 1 year into this project and after tons of complaining) I told him that I expected them to provide a discount based on the incredible amount of frustration, inconvenience, lack of accountability, and tons

We had a great experience with S&W Kitchens in Windermere. Our designer, Maggi was extremely helpful with selecting the perfect stone and backsplash for our kitchen update. She suggested a beautiful waterfall edges and it turned out stunning! We will be back for our next update. Thank you.

As an Interior Designer in the area, working with Lisa and her team from S&W Kitchens was such a smooth experiance. They were very professional and on top of my clinets project from day one.
