S&W Kitchens Winter Park

Our kitchen renovation by S&W Kitchens results were outstanding. Our designer Sam Baker made the process a pleasure with her lovely design ideas and the direction she gave us when picking out materials to be used. Our construction manager Larry Lerdo kept us informed about the work scheduled and answered all of our questions . The workers who worked on the project were respectful and efficient. Went to S&W Kitchens for complete redesign and renovation of two bathrooms at the same time and met professional, talented people who became friends and trusted advisors. Carol Twomey is a creative, insightful and warm designer who gently guided us out of our comfort zone while always respecting our particular taste, and she never stopped pushing the project forward. She and the rest of the crew made sure every stone, tile and piece of hardware was picked, placed and polished to our complete satisfaction. We came to S&W based on their reputation, we stayed because of their dedication.

This is the second time we have trusted S&W Kitchens with a major renovation to our home in Winter Park.Recently Mary Burkhammer, Project Designer, redesigned our dated 1963 vintage to a beautiful , functional modern bathroom. She did an outstanding job, selecting tiles, vanity, shower doors, hardware etc that fit our needs and met our budget. Larry Lerdo, Project Superintendant, made sure that the project stayed on schedule, and always made sure to minimize the project impact on our daily lives. He took special care to protect our hardwood floors and furniture throughout the project. Project was completed on time! We recently had a major kitchen and bathroom remodel on the first floor of our 175 year old house in St. Denis, Md. S&W did the design, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. The job came with the unique challenges that an old house often comes with: uneven floors, walls no longer flat, and I don’t think there’s a square corner in the entire house. Nonetheless, S&W made it work to perfection. They were always there to listen to our input and concerns. Now the old house retains its historic character, but with a fully functioning and fashionable kitchen and bath. I highly recommend their services.

Krista listened to me and created a design that incorporated what I wanted in my kitchen reno. She suggested some options I hadn't thought of. She was able to tweak the design after I made changes to the "final design." Krista is so easy to work with. I now cook and live in my dream kitchen.
