We did our kitchen design and install with Swartz for our new home! We worked with Debbie and she was wonderful and so flexible with all our demands and changes. She was patient and available for all communications, and is very client focused. After our install, we had Swartz come in to change a door and we were super lucky to have Josh from Harrisburg team who answered all our questions about using correction kit. He was also able to get us few additional panels for our cabinets to hide damage during backsplash installation! The only compliant I had with Swartz was pricing and the way their invoicing is done. But overall, I definitely recommend them because they employ professionals who will help you get your dream kitchen!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Deb @ Swartz Kitchen & Baths for our home build. She was very knowledgable and during the selection process gave us many options to choose from and recommendations based on our style/tastes. The options are endless so it helps to have someone give us ideas and opinions on what might work best for us. She also suggested additions we didn't think of to make our selections even better while never pushing and also keeping our budget in mind!! Super important as you can literally spend as much as you want! It was nice to get ideas and sound guidance without the sales pressure. My husband and I worked with Debbie to design the kitchen and bathrooms in our new construction home. Debbie was meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsive. She has excellent taste and provided invaluable advice about cabinet style, color, hardware, and optimizing space. She accommodated our work schedules by meeting us outside of business hours and she even accompanied me to the stone vendor to help select stone countertops! Additionally, she is an excellent problem-solver—when we couldn't decide where to put the outlets in our kitchen waterfall island, Debbie came up with a solution to add stiles to the ends of the kitchen cabinets (which avoided drilling into the stone). Debbie is exceptional; I highly recommend her!

We purchased a double sink vanity with hardware for replacement of the existing cabinetry. We prepaid for the cabinetry and installation. Upon delivery, their installer was not able to install the new vanity and cabinet, the installer indicated that they were unable to take out the existing vanity, In our opinion this is something that should have been addressed at point of sale as they were aware we were REPLACING and existing vanity. Since they were unwilling to find someone to remove the existing vanity, Swartz promised a refund for installation fee-3 weeks ago-nothing yet? In the meantime we were able to hire another installer who was able to complete the whole job. We are still working through issues with the Quality: One drawer was badly marred prior to shipping. The service that I had done through this company was a new house kitchen design and installation. Debbie was professional, very friendly and easy to work with. With her experience, she guided me through the process of picking cabinets and gave me excellent advice on what would look best and also fulfill our needs in the space that we had.
