The answering service took all my info and sent Conner P. out asap since we had a slight emergency. He was so amazing, honest, thorough and educated us along the way. Extremely professional and polite. Great company to work with.

Andrew with SWAT plumbing is our hero! He went above and beyond to fix our upstairs leaky toilet line. It was so awful and I was so upset! It leaked into the adjacent room and then thru the floor into the ceiling and leaked in my garage! SWAT made it a priority and sent Andrew out first thing the next day. AHS was not going to pay for it as it was not what they considered to be normal wear and tear. He convinced them somehow and was able to get it done today! My husband and I couldn't sing his praises any higher! He did the work quickly, made light jokes that helped to make a bad situation easier and is a great communicator. They charged my credit card $2,500 without authorization illegally prior to work being done. We specifically told them NOT to charge the credit card the day they charged my credit card and it was because work was not done yet. Their so called plumber (that was just a sales representative) told my husband and I we pay half before work was started and half when job was done. Then he had us sign in the sunlight on his dark phone a contract that stated we were to pay before work was done. Which by the way is illegal. You can’t have a verbal contract differ from a written contract, especially with 3 witnesses. Very foolish and out right bullying. They subcontracted most of work with people that could not speak English. They sent the first plumber out that only paid $30 for license no cl

I’m giving only 5 Stars because it won’t let me give 10. They are assigned by my home warranty company. In general about S.W.A.T , I really appreciated how they communicated and kept me informed on technician arrival time. Christian was Great. Very courteous and professional and got a lot of patience. Really impressed with how he cleaned up everything after the work is done.

Jason did an outstanding job on explaining everything to me and how the process worked. He did a great job installing the heater and all the added pieces I needed to bring it up to code. Highly recommend S.W.A.T. Plumbing.
