S.W.A.T. RESTORATION

Remember that name: SWAT RESTORATION. Why? 3+ Months of restoration hell. Workers were great: professional and competent restoration. But SWAT Restoration management? Incompetent, ineffectual, "Customer Is Always Wrong" mentality. Delay after delay…have to chase them down to find out why, forgotten, no callbacks, and outright lies. 1 month, went to 2 months, then to 3 months. No returned phone calls for days. Promises made but never kept. Weeks became months. Restoration crew did damage to our carpet. Immediately notified them. Sent pictures. Guy comes out: "We'll take care of it after the job is over." Then GHOSTED. Pushed them again and again, they delayed us again and again. Gave us a date for cleaning, new employee shows up and "so what's the damage?" Then after getting what must have

We hired S.W.A.T. Restoration for an insurance claim where all first-floor flooring needs to be replaced. We were told we’d have a quote in 3 days. That never happened. After 4–5 days, we had to call them for an update, only to be told they were “waiting on insurance”—even though we clearly told them insurance was waiting on their quote. Then it became “3 more days.” Then suddenly they needed more measurements. They said they’d come out that day, then changed it to the next day. Constant delays, zero follow-through, and poor communication. After all this, it’s clear they don’t value our time or our business. We’re moving on.

Had these guys come out for some flooring/trim issues after my ac line backed up and they took care of it quickly. Wonderful service! Their customer service girl, Emily, was professional and a sweetheart. Would definetly do business with again

SWAT did an excellent job handling both the plumbing and restoration after a leak caused damage to our kitchen subfloor. Austin from SWAT Plumbing was the first to come out and quickly identified the issue, repairing the damaged valve that caused the leak. The water mitigation team arrived the following day and promptly removed the tiles and cabinets to begin the drying process. Afterwards, the restoration team, led by David Z, were professional, easy to schedule with, and delivered high-quality work. While there were delays due to insurance, SWAT was patient and helpful in guiding us through each step of the process, even reaching out at times to help move things along on the insurance side. David was always responsive via text, and the front office staff was helpful on all calls. Any
