Sweetwater Pools Charleston

I’m in the multi family industry and have actually used Sweetwater Pools in 2 different places now. I will continue to bring them to any properties I oversee. Initially we were quoted $20-30K for a job by a competitor that I had used for years at other properties. Matt and Austin stopped by to introduce themselves so I brought them over to our situation where they laughed and said we were about to get robbed. They did the job for around $3K. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and showed up when they said they would. Even better, their work was flawless and they followed up afterward to ensure we were setup for success. I am very satisfied with the service on our pool. Austin was amazing and our pool is crystal clear! His attitude was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Our less than effective HOA hired this less than effective pool management company. Watson Hill on Hwy 61. I am a homeowner in the community. The problem starts at the top! The manager and or owner told me he would not answer questions. He directed me to the Poston Management. The level of customer service both these companies provide make them perfect partners! Awful! The attendants ( pool company employees) are young and not supervised. I don’t blame them. Most teenagers will do as little as possible. Making for a fun work day of phone play! They do respond quickly to needed Sunday am cleanings. Lack of accountability by the pool company itself has lead to the extra cleanings needed. Possibly an extra fee for Sunday am cleanings but I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ They didn’t enforce any rules and

One of your pool attendants Rocky works over in Pine Hills he was very disrespectful to us today while we were trying to get slide information even though he doesn’t even work the slide he still jumped in and went back and fourth with us. He was also partaking in singing extremely vulgar music around many children with pool guests. Very sad and unprofessional behavior.

Giving a shout out to D’Andre who is our regular pool guy in Poplar Grove. He is a consistently hard worker who has kept our pool in great shape this summer. Not only is he an energetic worker, he is very pleasant and polite… deserving of some recognition!
