Terry was great throughout my emergency service required. I left a message, heard back the same day, he was out to evaluate my issue the following day & fixed the day after that. Bingbadaboom. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable & fair. I’m fortunate that he wasn’t too busy & I got pretty much immediate help. My situation required him coming back in 2 days with assistance to heave the old full tank up & out of a crawl space. They got er done, drained it outside & disposed of it. No change in the quote he made & he wouldn’t take any money until he was completed, even tho my water was running pure already. I would not hesitate to recommend Sweetwater & Terry to anyone. Good guy - thumbs 👍 up.

We woke up with no water pressure one morning. Called GT Sweet Water & talked to Terry. He was able to make it out the same day. He diagnosed the problem to be our pump. He had it replaced in a couple of hours. Super fast and friendly service!

A warning about Sweet Water Well drilling and their incompetent technicians. I had a check valve going bad in my well, It was resulting in the pump coming on about every twenty minutes even when there was no water usage in the house. I called Sweet water, well drilling and explained the issue. They sent a young man out who spent five minutes down in the basement by my water tank with my wife present, being handicapped I could not go down the stairway. After 5 minutes he told my wife the problem was not out in the well, the problem was in the house. He said we had leaking sinks and/or Toilets that were leaking water and causing the issue. When he came up the stairs, I questioned his diagnosis as the pump was coming on every twenty minutes meant that the leaks were over 100 gallons per hour

Excellent service. Our well pump quit working. We called Sweetwater Well & Pump and left them a message. We got a return call within the hour and were told he’d be out mid-afternoon. We weren’t sure what to expect but he came out as promised and we had a new pump installed and running water in just over an hour after he arrived. We highly recommend them!

My well pump stopped working on a Saturday evening. I called Sweetwater and left a message about the problem the next morning. Within a couple of hours, Terry from Sweetwater called me back. He came out Monday morning and had my water running again. He was very pleasant to deal with, did an awesome job and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Terry and his company.
