JR and his team of excellent sub-contractors recently completed building out my unfinished basement. He helped design and then in about 3 months, built it to my specs while adding several very creative touches. His team is professional, detail-oriented and reliable. I'm thrilled with the result.

I strongly advise against hiring SwiftBuild Solutions for finishing basements. We signed a package deal for materials and labor, paying "BMW prices" for what turned out to be "Honda Civic" quality. Their quote was 30% higher than established competitors, yet the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Key Issues: • Lack of Integrity: Once they had our money, they treated it as their profit. They cut corners at every opportunity, sourcing the cheapest materials possible despite our premium package deal. • Disrespect for Property: They didn’t provide a dumpster, often leaving piles of trash on my driveway and around the house for over 10 days.
