We recently contracted with Swimme and Son to renovate our old and tired kitchen. From the initial meeting to the project end, Mark and Theresa and their entire company were a delight to work with. They provided project design, material procurement and construction in a timely and efficient manner. The contractors onsite were excellent, and extremely polite. I live out of state. My daughter’s storm door literally fell off the back of her house in Elizabeth City. Swimme & Sons came to our rescue! They replaced the door and the casing in a timely fashion. First thing is that I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review. My first experience with this company (ABC Seamless Gutters) had me compelled to leave a review as exceptional with 5 stars for sales, service and craftsmanship. I did not want to make this review, I had hoped we would get similar exceptional service and craftsmanship that we received from their associate company. I have given Swimme and Son ample time to correct these discrepancies over and over again. I do acknowledge that the issues with the lead times were beyond their control. My complaints are with the salesman and the craftsmanship. Starting with the salesman; He was very difficult to get ahold of, I had to show up in person 3 times to get answers about my order. The team of 2 fellas did a wonderful job on my new bathroom. It's an old Jim Walter's and the bathroom is so tiny, but at least now it's pretty and clean. Here are some before, during and after pics. Took about 2 and a half days of steady work, plus they cleaned up really good after.
