They may be fine at drilling wells, but they clearly aren’t equipped to service them. I sent photos of my setup ahead of time, yet they sent what seemed to be an apprentice. He fixed one leak but didn’t know how to address my other issues. He had to call for advice and still couldn’t adjust the pressure. A few days later, other techs showed up and started swapping out parts unnecessarily—still didn’t fix the problem. They set the pressure to around 28 psi, which is way too low. A simple Google search would’ve told them that. They didn’t have the right tools and kept calling some guy who was out of town for help. I was charged $240 for 1.5 hours of labor and unnecessary parts—just to glue one elbow and prime the pump. They didn’t even have a pressure gauge and relied on turning on a fauce
