We are so happy with our new windows and the service received by Synergy. The windows were custom made to our house and to our design specifications. They were timely, installed our full house worth of windows in less than 1 business day, and we're so kind and courteous to ourselves and our home. We were shown all the ins and outs of our new windows, and we can already tell a difference their high quality windows are making in both temperature regulation and even the amount of noise from outside. They followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were completely satisfied and to help answer any questions. Highly recommend to anyone needing new windows. The customer care, quality of product, and overall process was absolutely wonderful.

From start to finish Synergy was wonderful. The sales rep was knowledgeable, honest, and wasn't pushy, the scheduling was easy with the windows coming in ahead of schedule, and the install team was great! They were on time, did good work, and cleaned up everything when they finished. As part of the install, the crew fully wrapped the exterior trim with aluminum, and everything was caulked and sealed. The windows themselves are high quality, with all the features I wanted including welded frame joints, foam filled frame and sash, low-e glass, non-metallic spacers, triple weather stripping, and double tilting sashes. Synergy also has a lifetime warranty for the windows and install, including glass breakage. We chose to go with black windows with white trim wrap which I'm very happy with. U

Synergy window is a highly professional, full, window replacement company. From the lead in their office, Lori, to their sales staff, the entire experience was extremely professional. The windows arrived on time and their installation service, headed by Raul, we're more than acceptable and professional. They took care of all of the details.
