Start to finish, the staff was lovely to work with. Sales, installers, and project managers were all wonderful. We got four quotes on windows and we are so glad that we went with Synergy. We purchased 20 triple pane windows for what we felt was a good price. They were great with communication regarding pricing, ordering, and installation timeline. Two things that particularly impressed us: 1. When deciding which windows to replace, they made suggestions that didn’t financially benefit them and we’re solely in our best interest. We were considering getting decorative windows replaced. Sales was clear that they were happy to do it for us, but that the extra cost for the specialized shapes may not be worth it since our primary goal was insulating our home. They could’ve just taken our money

Synergy Windows recently installed new triple pane windows in our home. The installers worked quickly – they did the whole job in one day – and were respectful of our home. It looked pretty difficult to get our old windows out, so I appreciate their effort. Compared to our old windows, they do better at blocking outside noise and reflecting the heat. And the new windows are so clear! Our cat 🐈 ran right into our new sliding glass door 🚪because it was so clear.

We have had our windows for 30+ years. Had an appointment setter stop by and introduced us to Landon our sales rep. Great features and warranty. The windows had and did everything that we wanted. We were given a great price so signed for the windows. It took 3 months to get the windows. We had some Miss communications on the install so it took two trips to get all the windows installed. We chose all triple pane windows and a mix of side to side and split windows. The installers did a great job and were very friendly. They were very careful to not damage the walls and cleaned up after the work was done. You have to take down your own blinds. The windows are very high quality. They work as explained and are super quiet. We can notice the increased warmth in the rooms already.

Excellent experience! Working with Synergy was great at every level — sales, installers, and project management. Everyone was professional and attentive to detail. Bo, our sales rep, was very low-pressure and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, while still taking the time to show us all our options. In the end, we had 32 windows replaced with triple-pane units in just two days. The installers were fantastic — they worked efficiently, and there was no mess left behind. After the install, we noticed a very small blemish on one window and a tiny hole in one of the screens. The project manager promptly replaced the screen, ordered a new window, and had it installed. We’ve had plenty of window replacement salespeople come by over the years, and we’re so glad we chose Synergy.

We were looking for new windows to replace our 40 year old windows in our house. Josh from the sales team came over and did a full product review in home and did an amazing job and spent lots of time explaining things and answering our questions. Stephen our installer did a very good job of getting the windows in a timely way. He was very considerate of our home and answered our questions and explained everything he did during the installation. Stan the installation manager came out after the install and checked all the windows and address any concerns or questions after the install. Micayla in the office was always kind when I called to ask questions about the various steps in the process of buying and scheduling the windows.
