Jimmy Cheek originally installed our hardwood floors when our house was built in 2015. I noticed some wear and tear on the finish 7 years later and asked him to come out to tell me what he thought about the condition and what I needed done to the floors. He said he'd come the next day at noon, instead, his son-in-law showed up. I expected him to tell me what needed to be done and what condition the floor was in. Instead, he asked me what I wanted done? I said I'd like his opinion about what was needed to be done. He pointed out some cracks in the floor and asked me about them.
