T & M Kitchens

Tom seemed great at the beginning and he said he would never put his name on bad work. Well it’s been over a year and I’ve had nothing but problems. 1- we had a drain issue and he told us to contact our own plumber and wouldn’t come look at it. 2- our shower doors are leaking onto the wall. Tom will NOT come back, will not fix it nor will he respond to calls or texts. Everyday I see the wall next to the shower get worse and now it’s growing mold!!!!! He blamed the shower door company, but I don’t know who the company is to rectify the issue myself. I would NEVER recommend Tom bc once he got paid, he didn’t care about the quality of his work. T&M recently did a kitchen remodel for us. We absolutely love our new kitchen!! I showed Tom a picture of my dream kitchen and he made it a reality. The process was neat and stress free. Tom and his team have great ideas and a lot of patience. They finished the project on time and on budget. It was such a pleasure working with them. Their attention to detail is second to none. I have since used T&M for a bathroom remodel and an attic remodel. We are now going to remodel our master bath and we are confident that T&M will do it perfectly. We highly recommend T&M!!

First off, working with Tom at T&M Kitchens is a pleasure. Tom has a great modeling eye and is very experience in his field. There also is no need for a interior design decorator individual because Tom can handle those tasks as well. Every project we did with this company went flawless and done in timely manner. Highly recommend this group for custom interior projects.

Buyer Beware! We purchased custom cabinets from T & M Kitchens. My husband and I are a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", so we decided to go with the higher end cabinet quote from the owner, Tom. He stated the cabinets come with a lifetime warranty free from any defects in material or workmanship. We paid for quality cabinets and a lifetime warranty, but this business owner fell short. Instead, we received many excuses, substandard work and lack of follow-up. I had reached out to him many times for over a year about replacing a cabinet door with a defect and he still refused to resolve the issue let alone return my calls.
