This review has positive and negative aspects, although regretfully, I would strongly not recommend. The contractor completed two jobs on two of our properties. The first went off fairly smoothly and was completed within a month. Overall, it was a good experience. The second job began around early July of this year and ended two months later in September. Overall, it was a nightmare — fraught with unexpected challenges that slowed the contractor’s implementation timeline and appeared to test the limit of the contractor’s professional ability to work through the unanticipated problems. At times the contractor screamed and cussed at the owner and her daughter all within earshot of neighbors. He charged an additional sum outside the parameters of the signed agreement by the owner and co
