Purchased T-shape legs. Received them slightly damaged after rough shipment handling. Contacted Tablelegsonline and spoke with the owner, Ken, who was extremely kind and understanding. Everything was corrected within a week. Top notch.

Both times I’ve ordered from them I have received no ETA for shipping, no tracking number, just a receipt and hope that it will eventually come. Even with an account it showed no previous orders when I would try to check. First time the order just arrived after several weeks, this time after 10 days of no communication I had to reach out to customer support who informed me my order is still being processed and will be shipped within a week. If you’re planing on purchasing from them and you’re a small business, don’t. They work on their own timeline
