Our service person, Chuck was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He inspired confidence that the installation would be done properly. I will admit that the estimate was surprisingly high for the work, but then, it seems that these days every price brings sticker shock. We said "go".

Our hot water tank was leaking and I called Taggart because our neighbors had just used them. They highly recommended them so I was confident contacting them. They were able to come the next day, to see what our options were. Chuck arrived on time within the timeframe they promised. ( I received a text & an email message confirming arrival) After looking at our hot water tank, it was determined that it would need to be replaced. We also found out that the current gas hot water heater wasn't venting properly. We discussed the options of replacing with a conventional hot water tank, but a larger size, 50 gallon vs 40 gallon or installing a tankless system. Glenn has been an incredible plumber to have in our back pocket. We ended up needing more repair work recently than initially expected, but he stayed into the evening to get everything wrapped up for us. He always gets along well with our dog, and he’s happy to explain anything he’s doing without making you feel like an idiot. We feel very confident in the quality of his work. I know if Glenn has fixed it, I don’t have to worry about it.

I have been a customer for several different jobs that we hired TAGGART to complete. I would overall rate this company a five out of five.
