The techs were great. Office support is trash, as well as the 2 girls that work there. They think cause they answer the phones they are king tut. I can bet my voice will be heard. They office is nasty and trashy, hung up on me 4 times over asking if an order was placed for around the pool light. They ordered replacement parts to fix the issue. The girls in the office thought it was funny to give me stress, called 3 times to see if parts were in. They said techs would get back to me and never happened. After five calls said I was the problem after the techs never responded. The techs were great, the office staff trash. Once again, techs are great office staff is bottom of the barrel. I will find another company to service us even at a higher price! Respect your customers!

Yet another good experience. Had the compression nut on a ~$300 pipe split and took it to them for a replacement. 5 minutes in the back room and the tech came out with a split nut for $17 and would not take $ for labor to put it on the pipe... Been to them before, and will go to them again~ (And yes: could have bought online but that doesn't support a helpful local business, does it?! VALUE is the name of the game)

John did a great job start to finish! First repaired our old spa, then discovered it was unrepairable and removed it. He showed us a variety of good, used spas and we chose one. His responsiveness was excellent. He gave us really good tips on preparing for the installation of the new spa. It was installed within a couple of weeks once the pad was prepared. I asked this company to check my spa because it’s not heating up. They came to the house, drained my pool and connected a space heater to melt the ice. Three weeks later, and after many calls, the receptionist had no clue when they were coming come to fix it. I called several times. Today, I called them back because it’s been snowing and they left the spa open. They were billing me for the space heater which I decided not to pay because of inaction. I now have a live heater with snow falling on it, and no clue what they are planning to do with it.

I called them to replace my leaking heater for hot tub and few additional stuff which I clearly told them are not priority. Justin from their team came and looked over it and assured me he will get it done pretty quickly and will have bid for the heater in a day. Next day, I got an invoice for everything except the heater, when I followed up the office told me there might be a miscommunication on my part. I ignored their blame game and asked them for the cost to replace my heater for which they kept stalling and stalling. I called the office multiple times and I get the same response that the technician will call me back soon. They took the consultation charge and never did anything. They are nothing but fraud that want to rake up consultation charge without any work. I would avoid this se
